The account dashboard can work in WordPress without WooCommerce. Customer checkout payments require WooCommerce.

Which payment methods appear at checkout?

Only methods returned for the connected account and eligible for the order amount and currency are presented. Availability can vary by account, plan, region, business model, underwriting, and provider or partner review.

How does the plugin connect to Polapine Digital?

The preferred flow uses OAuth 2.0 Authorization Code with PKCE. The merchant approves the WordPress site on Polapine Digital, so the Polapine Digital password is not entered into WordPress. Manual API credentials remain a fallback for supported environments.

How are WooCommerce orders confirmed?

Polapine Digital payment events trigger a server-side API verification before the order is marked paid. Scheduled polling provides a fallback when a webhook is delayed or cannot reach the site.

Can a reviewed business use the plugin?

Potentially, but installing the plugin is not approval to process payments. Reviewed business models must complete any required business, licensing, jurisdiction, acceptable-use, underwriting, and provider or partner review.

What currency and order amounts are supported?

The current plugin checkout is USD only and uses whole-dollar amounts. Account ranges and supported amounts come from the authenticated Polapine Digital response.
