What PD CASH costs
No subscription and no setup fee on any plan. PD CASH earns from three things: a withdrawal fee that depends on your plan, a deposit fee that depends on the payment method, and a dispute fee when a payment is disputed.
Withdrawal fee by plan

The fee is added to the amount you withdraw. For example, withdrawing $100 at a 20% fee takes $120 from your balance and sends $100. A few plans and accounts carry a different rate, and the fee that applies to you is shown before you confirm each withdrawal.
Deposit fee
Each deposit carries a fee that depends on the payment method used. Current fees run from $0.50 to 2% + $0.50 per payment. The fee is deducted from the deposit before it is credited to your balance.
The fee for each method is listed on the Fees page inside your account, and shown before any payment.
Dispute fee
$30.00 for each payment dispute recorded against your account, in addition to the disputed amount.
Good to know
Moving between plans carries no fee, except the withdrawal fee when an upgrade is paid from your balance.
